I recently also had an opportunity to attend the latest Curiosita Colloquium hosted by The Da Vinci Institute, at the Da Vinci Hotel. Part of the visit was to listen to a guest discussion presented by Mrs Teryl Schroenn, CEO at Accsys (Pty) Ltd. in view of their recent win of the Management of People award at tt100, Africa’s foremost business awards programme. Teryl shared her insights on employee management and how much leadership has changed over the years. One has to adapt and remain agile. Just when you think you have it right, something comes in.

In this context, we focus on assisting individuals; be they women, the youth, entrepreneurs and business leaders. We assist them to understand how they can engage their strengths in order to maximise results and therefore reach their required goals. Part of this process is increasing ones resilience, re-affirming their sense of purpose and engagement, identifying their most pressing challenges and preparing strategies for them, and lastly, developing a leadership growth plan.
